As soon as I received the initial notice from the Revdex.com, I contacted the customer and pulled our records. Those records indicated that the cardholder had come in on 6/19/at 12:pm and again on 6/20/at 12:pm. I asked if it were possible that another cardholder had come in to
the restaurant and Ms*** stated that she was the only cardholder. I apologized for the inconvenience the alleged erroneous charge caused her and refunded the price of one meal with tax, totaling 9.95. I then called Revdex.com and left a message stating action that had been taken. That report was followed up with an email sent after I returned from a week's vacation. Perhaps I had a wrong email address for Revdex.com? Please let me know that this response has been recorded and the situation resolved. Thank you.*** ***, Office Manager
