I have documentation that in case this matter could not be resolved by credit, which appears to be happening, I had it for further use should this matter not be resolvedI was not offer another product at the time, free of chargeI was offered a credit to describe the item I had originally ordered and when I called to use the intended credit they told me I would receive, it was not offeredIf the business was willing to replace it free of charge, which they clearly stated in their response here, why then was I being asked to pay for the item that they were claiming to honor as a credit for free? There was no profanity used on my end of the conversation, I simply stated that I would be contacting the Revdex.com and also suggesting to other customers I know that order of my recent experience and that business would be lost because they provided poor customer serviceThe Greek woman, whose writing is not hers, seems that she has delegated the manner to someone else where the problem here I see, is that the employee who did write this was not the one I did in fact speak with and therefore had no knowledge of the conversation between the owner and myself therefore it can be argued that it is not valid.

Thank you for contacting us regarding this issue.  We had explained to the customer that complained that if they returned the mistaken product, we would replace it free of charge.  But, she did not want that option and just wanted credit for a free topping for next time, then when she...

called last Friday, she was not satisfied with the credit she received.  We even offered more than 1 topping of credit and she was yelling, screaming, and using profane language, therefore we hung up.
