was placed on the funds by the customers bank as part of the pre-authoriztion process through Visa/Master cardSo the customer was expecting to see a credit when in fact she was never chargedExplained events to Customer and she is satisfiedAlso explained to customer that all of our chicken is Hand breaded fresh and cooked to order, so occasionally during peak periods, when the fryers are very full, the pieces can stick together during the cooking process,causing some of the breading to tear off in spots, or Jo Jo to break in half, during packing processgave customer a future food credit for her inconvenience

Owner of business contacted me to fix the situationAfter speaking with my bank they informed me that there was a hold placed by Momma rose's for roughly hours but then hold was releasedI appreciate owner settling situation although it took him days to do? I have no interest in returning for service now or in the future front end staff was very unfriendly
