Anytime I order food from the pizza shop the prices constantly change. Tonight I ordered a grilled chicken Ceasar Salad and I asked for extra chicken and an extra dressing. The menu say the cost of the salad is $8.50. He charges $2.00 for extra chicken and $.50 for an extra dressing. He said the total was $11.66. We picked up the salad and realized that he didnt put an extra dressing in the bag. We called back and he said we didn't order an extra dressing. He then proceeds to tell me that he charges me tax twice on the same order!! WTF so he charged me sales tax on the extra chicken and sales tax on the salad???? Where is that ok to do? So the price is 8.50 +2.00=10.50×.06=11.13 so where is the extra charge from! This happens all the time to everyone and it's not ok! Someone needs to stop them. Then on top of that he will argue and tell at you instead of communicating with you! I would be greatly appreciative if this situation could be handled. I'm on disability and this is a treat for myself and then I get overcharged when I already don't have money.

I spoke with you earlier but am writing on behalf of my In-laws, Tek and Ying N, they are proud US citizens who came from China and Cambodia and they do not use email or much technology. In response to the complaint, they are very aware of the person who complained. She actually isn’t the one who called the order in. It was her daughter. Which you will see her name at the bottom of the receipt because all orders through the phone are associated by the phone number. The food prices here do not change constantly. The restaurant uses the *** point of sale system. So all prices are set by touch screen. When the order is called in the total is told to them before sending the order to the kitchen so there are no surprises about price before they arrive for pickup. The mother of the customer who wrote the complaint comes in frequently and majority of the time complains about the prices yet she continues to bring business back here when there are multiple options around this area. Mama Venezia’s strives to give there customers a great experience and that is why we have never had any issues with the Revdex.com since owning this store in 2014.
