I wouldn't have placed a complaint if everything had been handled professionally by cashierI challenge business if they have cameras recording to playback how cashier acted calm with out causing a sceneNever did I leave before my friends or finish eating before them since my order was the last ne to arrive at our tableI have my coworkers as witness to such embarrassing and humiliating experienceHe walked out towards our table frustrated and pointing his finger at my plate, placing his face in front of me and claiming I had not pay for what I ordered
My complaint is towards lack of language barrier, manner of treating customer and yhe least they can do is refund the charges back to my domestic partner card

Thank you for your concern regarding this matter and thank you for allowing us to respondA phone order was placed but apparently there was a misunderstanding because when the customers arrived they restated their ordered differently from the phone callThe cashier rang up their order and the chef immediately began making their platesThe plates were delivered to the customers and the customers began eatingAfter a few minutes one of the customers approached the chef stating their order was missing and so the chef handed her a plateThe cashier saw this and said that plate wasn't paid for by that group and approached the customer and asked her to please pay for her plateThe customer refused to pay, in order to not cause a scene the cashier walked away, the non-paying customer ate quickly and left while the friends continued to eatEach one the the three remaining customers had paid for their meal and their meal onlyNow suddenly the non-paying customer is complaining she wants a refund stating she paid on ***'s card; however, we have proof via invoice showing that *** paid for only one meal, her own meal*** paid for her own combo plate and a drink for a total of 16.63, nothing else
