I am unsatisfied with your response to my complaintI am still asking for the prompt return of my truck to me as I am on the registration as the ownerI have keys and registration and IDAs you could see in my pictures that I took prior to this incident you had no signs posted at each entrance to the propertyYou actually had no sign at all so you had no legal right to tow my truck I am fully prepared to procede in court and have verified that I am entitled to 4x the amount of the tow plus the storage so I am willing only to except the return of my truck plus the current amount that I am entitled to by law you have the amount you are asking me to pay if you multiply that by that is what I will except the amount you will owe goes up 65xa day = per daySo the sooner you agree to this the better for you and I am willing to take payments and also willing to take trade as in other cars you have for sale at reasonable prices trust me in the fact that I have more evidence for my case and will provide to the authorities if this is not handled promptlySincerely [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:just as she lied in her 1st response she is at it again and I have not had any chance to have my truck released back into my possession and after first not being able to locate my truck in a time sensitive situation due to her over chargeing quoted me dollars within hrs of her illegally removing my vehicle without my permissioIn vehCode (10851) witch is by law auto theft penal code (d) and by demanding money to have a vehicle that is unlawfully in their possession released back to the rightful owner constitutes another felony by the name of extortion penal code (518) and( 519) along with the numerous misdemeanors that also carry jail time along with large fines along with being liable to myself for x the amount of the total storage and tow fee that miss [redacted] was so kind to except the payment in full that we have come up with on multiple occasions starting with the 1st day that she had illegally towed my vehicle without prior" PRIOR "written athorization from the Local authority' which for her business that she would be allowed to tow a properly signed property illegally parked vehicle with prior written athorization and reporting to the authority's within min of towing the the vehicle and prior to removing that vehicle had she wanted to tow this vehicle she still would be guilty of another misdemeanor had she not taken a picture PRIOR to removeing my car that clearly shows the infraction as to which I had been guilty of thereby giving the right to tow such as fire lane block entrance and etcAnd when the owner comes in they are to provide free of charge without having to ask for it (which I did have to ask and after min of waiting for anybody who is of age and sound mind to come forward with my truck inorder for the payment to be made and have released to me nor was it possible to retrieve my school books that I had come to miss devencenzi as a human from the very beginning due to the importance that I knew this would affect my life in such a critical way as it has due to having to fail a six week transmission class that I was weeks already completed with and I had yet to receive my financial aid from los rios college but was needing due to my class fee that I am now responsible for which is over dollars and the dollars over page book that I was only able to get days prior to the people at [redacted] ***Deciding to not only keep my vehicle but also my possession which I had informed them of the enormous impact this was going to have on my life as well as my yr old daughter and my girlfrienfds lives also I have records of my attempts to locate my vehicle in the 1st place which should of been easy enough had they had any Any signs which if you notice they are not trying to claim any more due to my having to photograph the entire property and still no signs of who illegally took my truck shell and the employees are also guilty of misleading me by adimintly stating different times that they only have this tow company by the name of all valley do any and every tow from their property upon contacting them which oddly enough I was able to engage in a lenghty conversation with them that was informative only to find out that had they been the ones to tow my vehicle # they would've only been charging $ and on top of that they would of had no issues of travaling beyond the mile raidias allowed by law which in her own words spoke more lies saying that they were in the miles when infact harbor blvd is miles at best from where they stole my truck and thats even better then the location of where my truck actually is miles away this made it quite difficult to obtain help from the aauthorities in this matter due to being given the run around saying it is not something we can help with cause its outside our jurisdiction which is what a mommas fraudulent tow company should of told the shell employee who first broke the law of receiving a kick down from the owners of the tow truck/ mechanic shop for a finder's fee which is just as obvious as their lies that I have clearly proven even to them as in her own words minus the curse words and unintilectual choice of english that ok so she dont got none signs up on that wall before towin my car to my storge lot she was speaking like it was her vehicle already even telling me that my truck was in jail but I was not and trying to come down to her leval I asked if my truck could be released due to good behavior or (O.R'd) or time served or just allow me to post bail I was trying to pay this crooked tow company what they were asking many times and I have been out of work and now can't return to getting my higher education that is necessary for me to be able to provide for my family's needs especially now after all this financial emotional psychological and physical hard ship this predatory tow company has knowingly put my entire family thru .I was even kind enough to provide miss [redacted] the clear evidence that I had on this company of about employees and sales of $500,to $999,located at harbor blvd in west sac for some reason I wss able to carry on lengthy conversations with both mechanics at this shop and they were quite nice seemed like good people but I dont know how they came to be in business with this car theif but they should definitely get rid of her bad business since they have been there for yrs without her and when she saw the clear evidence I had against her she changed her plea completely to so what if I didnt gave the right to tow go ahead and take me to court I am only going to give you $dollars a month anyways .I am now proceeding like I had tried to explain that I was going to have to if she wss not willing to except payment in full or just releasing my rightful vehicle back into my possession Which as you can see she has not complied with which by law het and others will likely be going to jail for their enormous debt they owe to society along with myself and my family I have evidence also that shows on the th of march that I even took my truck to school to discuss and diagnosis the noise from the clutch which shows that my need of this TRUCK was also school related

What one he said off Watt and Auburn blvdI asked who he was he said what's it matter you *** towed my truck! I said ow do I know you are the owner and he started to yell and curse and raise hell with me on the phone told him not dealing with this st and I hung upHe then called back and started in again about how I ruined his life and his girl is highly critical of him and how we stoke his *** truck! I told him I didn't steal st! How *** up we are and I said you're not in jail your truck is! I'm not going & don't have to deal with his bull st! HuagainHe called back I said you going to talk or be an ***? He apologized and so did IHe asked about the fee's said I was not at the office that tow office closed weekends and holidays we are open from 9-5 Monday thru FridaySo I didn't the exacted amount that it was under $and there is agate fee to come in after hours and weekends and holidays! He went off on saying we were a rip off and so on I said sorry you feel that way and I have another line ringing good byeThen Saturday he called back said he wanted to come get his truck said that's fine but there is a gate fee of $he wanted a breakdown of charges still not knowing if he was the registered owner I told him our rates for private property tows impound and accident tows which is $per hour minimum hour $per hour $a day storage with gate fee after hours, weekends and holidaysHe said were just taking advantage of people told him no we have a job to do! He said he had been going through a rough patch and him and his girl were working things out and just getting back together and he didn't want her to know it had been towedI asked why didn't he get a couple of dollars go back and get is the station manager said it had been there hoursHe said no it wasn't I said well we got it the 18th and your calling us on the 19th he said he had lost the key and can't find it said he looked everywhere! He said he needed some things out of the truck said once again there is a gate fee and still need verification he is the owner! He said he can get into the truck without the key! I said no we can't have you breaking in the truck! Especially not knowing if it's his truck! He asked if we could retow it for him to another location I said we can tow it were ever he wanted but he needed to come in and get the paper work doneHe asked what he needed to do to get done told him a current driver's license, current registration and pay the fees that were dueHe asked if there was anything he could do to work some of it off told him not really! I really didn't have anything to have someone doI told him I would work with him as much as possibleHe called back Sunday the 20th in the afternoon about pmsaid he had $and $gift card for *** *** and his step-father's mother was going to call in a payment of $I said we don't do credit card over the phone and that he didn't want her to do that and I said well before anything takes place you still need to come in and that he didn't want her to come down in person so we can see IDHe said she was like years old and that he didn't want her to do that and I said well before anything takes place you still need to come in and we need to verify that you own the vehicle and you are on the registrationHe said ok! Then he called me back about an hour later to see if she had called said no not yet but can't do anything until we verify you are the ownerSo we hung up and with in about min a lady did call that sounded very concerned said she was calling to make a payment for a vehicle that had been towed! Told her we can't take a payment as of yet due to I don't know who the registered owner was for sure no one had come in yetShe said so there's more to the story I said well we need the registered owner to come in and go from there plus we need ID when we run a credit card so would need to have her come in as wellI said you don't sound like you really want to do she said she didn't but it was her sons step son and she was trying to help and she said she needs to fins out what's really going onAll she knew the truck had been towedSo didn't hear anymore tell the 23rd of March when *** had called said his girl friends truck had been towedSaid sorry I can only speak to the registered owner he said she was there with him and just wanted to know what they had to doI said in general when there is a impound, private property tow, or accident tow that calls for storage we need to speak o the registered owner only and it is best to come in person so we can verify ownership he said ok what kind of fee's were they looking at gave them general info $per hour minimum hour $a day storage and gate fee $after hours weekends and holiday'sHe said thank you they'll be in touchSo *** called the next early afternoon asked for the address said they would be in after *** got off work about pmSaid ok can you let me know when there were on their way he said sureSo he called said they would be there 2:45 said great*** and *** came into my office and said that the ex-boy friend stole her truck! She asked if she could remove her stuff said sure verified her ID with Registration and she removed some papers and toolsThen said she really wanted to get her truck out! *** called the next day asked if we took credit I said yes*** explained there was some things going on and if we could help in any way it would be aspirated that they wanted to come in later I wouldn't charge the gate fee but call me so I can make sure I'm there! They came in about 6:pm I had run to the store thinking there were going to call me! Mike called said they were thereThey told Mike they had $That's all they hadSo I came right back and they were goneI waited for another minutes but didn't hear from themDidn't hear anything until March 27th mid-morning early afternoon *** called and sounded like she was talking to someone else in the background I said hello or times hung up the phoneThen got a voice mail later onThen about 2:pm that afternoon I'm ***uming was Mr*** came to my shop screaming and yelling in my face I told him to leave walked him to the door told him to get the hell out of my shop he didn't have to and on & on said he will be back with the police said that is fine but I'm closing my door I started to close my door and he punched my door and yelled some more said I tried to slam him with it there were several people here and seen what happenedI would have released whatever he needed if he would have come in to verify he was the ownerHe never did I would have help him but he would never come in and just be humanI would have released his books and any personal property if he would have came in with proper ID and proof of ownershipI have photos of signs and where truck was parked

This is getting out of hand I don't know who or what Mr*** thinks he is but he needs to stop or we can sue for slander!!! Me and my family have tried to be reasonable about this and Mr*** Should have took care of this when it first happened and not wait for weeks on weeks!! I'm pretty easy going for the most part but as for this guy makes me nuts that's why MY mechanics are involvedThey are my family and we are all in it together! Also me having your truck stopped you from getting to school ? really! what about public transportation they have this for persons that choose not to drive or don't choose to or loose there privileges and so on! As for my businesses and what they make you have no clue and so far off base. I suggest if your are going to try and throw facts I suggest you do better home work!
