Review: The repairman ([redacted]) came to fix my oven. During the process he shorted out the new piece he was installing and even blew a fuse in the house. He told me he had to go get a replacement part back at the shop. He never returned. Four weeks of repeated calls and emails have received no response.I have since called another repairman who informed me when [redacted] shorted out the part he also shorted out the main controller on my oven. It cannot be fixed and now the entire oven will need to be replaced. It appears [redacted] knew he had done damage and ran away and now is avoiding all my efforts to contact him.Desired Settlement: I wish this to be listed on the Revdex.com website to warn others.I would like financial compensation for the replacement oven I will now need to buy.I would like an apology.

Response:
At this time, I have been contacted directly by Mamaroneck Appliance and Service Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[redacted] contacted me and told me he could get the part and the oven could be repaired. On September [redacted] I sent him the model number of the oven so he could order the part. On September [redacted] I sent a follow-up email. I have received no response from either email.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
Sincerely,
