Mamas Empanadas

I went to Mama's Empanadas on 3/**/at 9:23am (I have the receipt for proof)Upon my arrival the cashier was mopping the floor with latex gloves onI proceeded to place my order with herWhile I was waiting, there were some delivery guys in the establishment alsoShe dealt with the delivery after which the person put the food through a window for her to take and bagTo my surprise the cashier took the food with the same latex gloves that she was mopping with and proceed to pack the food in the bagAs I observed her I immediately asked her "You're not going to change your gloves? Those were the same gloves you were just mopping with"As I was speaking to her, she took the gloves off and called out the number of the order (which I thought was mine)At this time I was on my cell phone with my sister and I said to my sister, " oh that's not my food" to which my sister answered "it doesn't matter"In response to my sister I said "I know, and that is very disgusting." The cashier, instead of ringing up her customer or maybe apologizing, engaged in a confrontation with meAt this point I requested to speak to a manager and she informed me, in a curt manner, that she was the managerI asked for my money back and left this establishment

Review: My coworkers and I ordered lunch from the Restaruant. When the food arrived, we seperated the order so that each person received the correct order. Once the order was seperated, we noticed one order was missing. My coworker telephoned the restaruant again to explain the situation. The restaruant told us we didn't recived te fish order. My coworker explained we got the fish order but didn't receive the ground beef order. The restaruant said she'd call back.When the restaruant called back and said they wouldn't replace the order because they believed we (my coworker and I) received everything. I told her we didn't receive everything. After explaining for the fourth time we didn't receive the complete order, she told us the restaruant would not bring the food that was missing. This is not the first time the restaruant messed up our order. But this the first time where the restaruant showed bad customer service.I requested if she would not bring the food (which we already paid for) that I would like my money back. The restaruant employee said I would have to speak to the manager. I explaplained to her I would like to speak to the manager, She said he would not be in until Monday.Desired Settlement: I would like my coworkers money back and an apology for my coworker. It may be small change to the restaruant but my coworkers and I work hard for every penny we own. Also, once they said they would not refund the money, it's like basically stealing the customer's money. Thank you.
