To Whom It May Concern,
Thank you for your concern regarding this matter and thank you for allowing us to respond. A phone order was placed but apparently there was a misunderstanding because when the customers arrived they restated their ordered differently from the phone call. The cashier rang up their order and the chef immediately began making their plates. The plates were delivered to the customers and the customers began eating. After a few minutes one of the customers approached the chef stating their order was missing and so the chef handed her a plate. The cashier saw this and said that plate wasn't paid for by that group and approached the customer and asked her to please pay for her plate. The customer refused to pay, in order to not cause a scene the cashier walked away, the non-paying customer ate quickly and left while the friends continued to eat. Each one the the three remaining customers had paid for their meal and their meal only. Now suddenly the non-paying customer is complaining she wants a refund stating she paid on [redacted]'s card; however, we have proof via invoice showing that [redacted] paid for only one meal, her own meal. [redacted] paid for her own combo plate and a drink for a total of 16.63, nothing else.

Review: I was yelled at by the gentleman taking orders and charging for orders while seated with my friends having lunch. We phone in order to save time, we arrived and there was a gentleman taking orders and ringing up. He did not understand our order, was rude and kept speaking to a lady in the kitchen in a middle eastern language.After waiting for over 20 minutes I advised them my order was not delivered, the lady in the kitchen gave me what I order. I sat with my co-workers to have my meal, he stormed thru restaurant stood next to me pointed at my face and my plate claiming he had charge me for another meal and not what I got. After several seconds of him yelling at me I asked to allow me to eat or I will walk out as all I was there for was for lunch and it was already a nightmare.Desired Settlement: I paid with a credit card under my partners name [redacted] I demand a full refund or charges as I have never been so humiliated by a business owner or employee as I was today 07/18/2014 at Mama's Kabab business, in front of my co-workers and other guest at a full restaurant.

I wouldn't have placed a complaint if everything had been handled professionally by cashier. I challenge business if they have cameras recording to playback how cashier acted calm with out causing a scene. Never did I leave before my friends or finish eating before them since my order was the last ne to arrive at our table. I have my coworkers as witness to such embarrassing and humiliating experience.

He walked out towards our table frustrated and pointing his finger at my plate, placing his face in front of me and claiming I had not pay for what I ordered.
