Review: On Monday March 4th 2013 I place a call for chinese delivery from Mamason Carryout at7:39pm. I do remember specificly stating my address twice & phone number twice which showed me the young lady that took my order was not listening to me. She then asked me for my oder, I asked the young lady how much there shrimp eggrolls, she stated the amount. I requested four shimp egg rolls, a combination lomien and a 2-liter strawberry rock creek soda. She said ok told me the amount and said 35 minutes. When the driver arrived with my order there was only one egg roll,combination lomien and a 20oz strawberry rock creek. I called the store on two separate occasions. The young lady who took my order answered the phone I informed her that she did not take my order correctly. I then stated what I order again. By this time shes yelling and has an attitude. She says no I gave you what you ordered and hangs up on me. The is unacceptable for any business to act this way towards there customers. Please I would like this business to be checked out and make sure they are up to par. I like paying for what I ordered and not for what they deside to give me.Desired Settlement: All I would like is a refund for the meal that I did not reqest. The amount the I gave the driver was ($12.00)twelve dollars. The amount I want is the $11.60 what she charged me for the meal.

Review: On 1/3/2014 I order $35.00 dollars worth of food. Soon as I open my shrimp lo mein, the smell was overwhelming, the noodles was sticking really bad. I immediately called back. Costumer services was terrible. They told me they was busy and if I could bring it back to them, it's nothing they can do. I ask for the manager and [redacted]; if that was her name told me I will never talk to the manager, what do u want us to do. We didn't get no complaint from no one else and we are not sending out driver back out. So if u want the chef to see it, u have to bring it. I said I was driving that is why I called delivery. Then I ask to speak to the chef, she said we are busy. Then I ask can I get his name. She said I don't know it and hung the phone up. They was very disrespectful !!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: $ 35.75
