emailing the company to get any results. They did start to ignore me. I definitely recommend that nobody does business with this company. They have poor customer service an can't respond to emails in a timely matter. They absolutely take there sweet time to reply back. Also they always find some excuse an try to avoid the issue. This company has issues with management an employee's. I will not be going back to ever order from them.

Review: Purchased a Tablet online through [redacted]. Item was defective so I returned to the website I purchased the item from and went through the return process. After approximately 10 days I contacted Mambate to inquire about the refund or replacement and was told they hadn't received the Tablet. I refer them to the RMA number and the UPS Tracking number that clearly shows the item as being delivered and signed for. Now they do not answer emails. I have no recourse from here.Desired Settlement: Full refund

Review: In October of 2015 I made an online purchase from best buy. Well my item came from their 3rd party seller mambate USA Inc. I didn't need the item an wanted to return the item so I emailed the company an they emailed me back. I sent the item back as requested to get my refund. It is now January of 2016 an I have not heard from them nor seen my money back in my account. I have tried emailing them an not getting a response back. I would just like to get my money back from them as I have sent the items back to them an do not have their items in my possession. I would like to get my $29.96 back to my checking account. Also they have poor customer service an do not respond back very efficiently. All I want is my money back.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back an I want action taken immediately. I want what is owed to me for what I paid if not extra compensation for the lack of the refund process
