Mambo Grill and Tapas

Review: I was a customer there on 6/1/2013. The waitress brought me the bill and I gave her my credit card. She had charged more to my card than what the bill was, I brought this to there attention and she took my card back saying she would refund the wrong amount billed. When I checked my account that Monday I saw they had charged my account 2 times. I immediately called the restaurant and the owner said she would take care of it, I then called my bank to let them know of the discrepancy. I received a call from my bank 6/17/2013 telling me the restaurant said all charges were legitimate. I then called the restaurant and she stated that she never said that but then double talked saying she didn't speak with my bank her sister did. she proceeded to talk over me in the conversation saying we were suppose to call them back to let her know what I wanted them to do with my refund. I told her she should have kept their word and refunded my money like they said they would when it first happened.Desired Settlement: I would like a written apology from the restaurant for the run around and the monetary refund in form of a certified check.
