Mame Hair Braiding

I called own Mame,on 2/15/2014 to ask her if she could twist dread extension to my hair.She said yes, so I went to her braid shop on Summer Ave in Memphis Tn around 5p.m..When I got there I show her my hair , I also explain to her that my hair is shorter in the back then it is in the front.She stated oh that's ok I can twist it , It's going be 200 dollars due to your hair being so short .I said ok .After she finish my hair I ask her to pin up in a bun.When I got home I took the pin up down , that is when I notice that she had done a very poor job .The twist dreads in the back was larger then the twist dreads in the front, several twist dreads came out, hair was sticking out of some of the twist dread&some parts of the back she didn't twist at all.I called her concerning this stated your hair in the back was too short to twist.That wasn't what she told me before I payed her. I'm asking for a refund .Desired SettlementI'm asking for 200 refund.
