Review: My family and I purchased a case of hot sauce on 11/23/13 from Mamita Lupita, which was supposed to be a Christmas gift. we never received the case of hot sauce. I have emailed the company and left many phone messages and have never gotten a response. They took my money 60$ and did not send the product. I am very frustrated because they will not contact me. I have made purchases from them in the past and did not have a problem but this is ridiculous ideally I would like my case of hot sauce or at least my money back.Desired Settlement: I would really like the hot sauce I ordered but if that is not possible I want a refund of the money I paid them for a case of hot sauce. An explanation of what happened would be appreciated also.
