Review: 1. Costco order: All PO terms and L/C terms we don’t find we must bear the loss when goods for sale. But they cheat us let us accept T/T for Mexico as it is no destination in L/C. Then hold the payment. Only told us they need discount. They violate business contracts. and the discount is about $25000. if we don't accept the discount they will not pay all the money.

Now we still don’t get the samples about complaint.

Based on have complaint, they think [redacted] vendor must bear their lost. They must find contract terms to support their decision and also must consider the vendor’s tolerance. Otherwise, vendor will close the company or fight with you. if you, How do you choose? after all,vendor believethey and change L/C to T/T. otherwise, how do they ask discount? they failed to live up to the trust.

If me, based on have complaint, if don’t find the contract terms to support and also want vendor to bear some losses. They need consider the vendor’s tolerance and discuss with vendor kindly. Then ask vendor can handle the next order by higher prices. Vendor think can get the money back in the next order. It is ok. Lie in negotiation

If they want stop the cooperation, vendor told about $10,000 is the bottom line, at that time, all things have been urgent. But failed. A, don’t have samples about complaint; B, don’t have contract terms to support; C,vendor believe they and change L/C to T/T. otherwise, how do they ask discount? they failed to live up to the trust. D, if don’t receive the money, vendor will have a lot of problems maybe close the company.

2. Spring 16 Boys Jacket set: They violate business contracts. tell us they need cancel the order with no reason. at last the discount is about $20000. if we don't accept they won't accept the goods can be shipped from China.

When they must cancel the order. they must help to reduce vendor’s lost. If vendor don’t bear the lost and have no way. they must consider their decision. Or found Contract terms to support their decision. Even so, when vendor entreat them, they need consider. Otherwise, vendor is sure to fight with them.

3. Woven Sundress SMS Cost $7000: When you ask us to arrange the SMS to you based on the bulk can be handle by us. If only SMS why we can handle. And many print fabric and colors.
