8/14/2014Dear Revdex.com Representative,This letter is being sent in reply to complaint ID # [redacted] According to our records we did have the customer's vehicle here on 8/15/New struts were put on here and the customer was verbally told the vehicle should have an alignmentAre inspection ledger has tire tread depth at 6/32, Records indicate that the customer traveled 4,miles in the past year according to PA inspection records; this is an average of miles per monthEven if the customer didn't have an alignment it is hard to believe the tires would wear from 6/to below 2/(PA requires a minimum of 2/for inspection) in one monthWe have been in business for years never have we had a complaint with the Revdex.com and never have had a single inspection violationThe customer's statement says the front stabilizer bar was broken and a ball joint had play upon arriving at [redacted] over a month laterThere was no play in ball joint and the stabilizer was intact when the vehicle was here for inspection or the customer would have been told it needed to be fixed for inspectionIn closing it leads me to believe that possibly the customer may have hit a large pot hole or something on road thus causing a broken lug nut could break sway bar and give a loose ball jointWe would like to emphasis the following A car would never leave our business with a broken lug nut we consider that to be a major safety issueIf the customer had any questions of issues I wish she would have called here we would have been happy to answer any questions or put car on lift with the customer to see if all repairs that were performed after our service were necessary before they were done, We pride our self on great customer service and selling customers what they need not what they don't needShould there be any more questions you may have feel free to call us at [redacted] Regards,Mike M [redacted]

8/14/2014Dear Revdex.com Representative,This letter is being sent in reply to complaint ID # [redacted]. According to our records we did have the customer's vehicle here on 8/15/2013. New struts were put on here and the customer was verbally told the vehicle should have an alignment. Are...

inspection ledger has tire tread depth at 6/32, Records indicate that the customer traveled 4,768 miles in the past year according to PA inspection records; this is an average of 397.33 miles per month. Even if the customer didn't have an alignment it is hard to believe the tires would wear from 6/32 to below 2/32 (PA requires a minimum of 2/32 for inspection) in one month. We have been in business for 16 years never have we had a complaint with the Revdex.com and never have had a single inspection violation. The customer's statement says the front stabilizer bar was broken and a ball joint had play upon arriving at [redacted] over a month later. There was no play in ball joint and the stabilizer was intact when the vehicle was here for inspection or the customer would have been told it needed to be fixed for inspection. In closing it leads me to believe that possibly the customer may have hit a large pot hole or something on road thus causing a broken lug nut could break sway bar and give a loose ball joint. We would like to emphasis the following 1. A car would never leave our business with a broken lug nut we consider that to be a major safety issue. 2. If the customer had any questions of issues I wish she would have called here we would have been happy to answer any questions or put car on lift with the customer to see if all repairs that were performed after our service were necessary before they were done, We pride our self on great customer service and selling customers what they need not what they don't need. Should there be any more questions you may have feel free to call us at [redacted]Regards,Mike M[redacted]

Review: on 8/15/2013 took my car for state inspection,at this time I was told that car needed 2 front quick struts at the price of $ 179.95 dollars.I agreed to have service performed. when the job was done I should have had a wheel alignment, which was not mentioned.one month later 9/10/2013 had tires checked at 10th street tire and was in formed that my tires needed replacing at a cost of $179.14. in the course of putting on the new tires a broken lug nut was found.did not have it repaired at this time was told to do it before next state inspection.went back to have lug nut repaired and was told that the new tires that I put on were worn so badly that I should get a wheel alignment.took car to jeff's automotive to have alignment done,at this time was told that car needed ball joint replaced at a cost of $180.71 and stabilizer bar replaced at a cost of$421.92 plus the cost of the wheel alignment $99.95 also needed two front tires replaced at a cost of $225.96,previous tires lasted a total of nine months all because mammanas did not tell me that my car should of had a wheel alignment at the time that he put on the new struts.I would like to be reimbursed for expenses that I incurred .Desired Settlement: $881.72 the cost of getting my car back to a safe place.
