I am rejecting this response because:
Mr ***'s business was not hired by the owner rather than the realtor (bank) trying to close the deal There was no mention verbally or in writing that was presented to myself or Mr*** that the contract would need to be transferred in order to stay in effect Since myself and my husband were the ones having to deal with this company, you would have thought they would have had the common courtesy to mentón it to us or the realty company that hired them Furthermore my communication was not only done by email, but by numerous calls phone calls from myself and my husband We contacted then many of times because of all the issues (excuses) we were getting from their workers why the job couldn’t get doneLike stated before we have had another company that has come out to evaluate the foundation and was told that the piers were not straightened out and only had straps put onWe have proof of how the piers have fallen and moved since then In addition, we were only told by Mr*** that the damage that could be caused to the property was only if we were to have the home lifted an additional feet like we asked them to quote us for Again, the house was not leveled when the job was completed and even after numerous times they came out to look at the job I will not give mammoth a single cent for them to come out and look at our home, for fear of getting ripped off again, nor will I give them any additional business, for fear of the embarrassment.

After more research on our part we found that Mrs*** did not hire us to do the foundation repair at this propertyOur client was actually *** *** the previous owner, attached is our invoice that we submitted to the title company for paymentOur work had a one year warranty as stated
on the paperwork submitted to Mr***, and our agreement was to the level pier and beam home using existing piers and reinforce beams where neededThis home is outside the city limits and based on the condition of the property no proper inspections or codes were followed on the construction of the homeAll the piers were not properly strapped and/or were not up to proper windstorm codeThis was explained to Mr*** at the time he hired usIt was also explained that we would straighten out the twisted beams and secure the beams to the piers using proper strapsIt was also explained to Mr*** that the work performed under our contract is designed to attempt to return the foundation to as near its original horizontal position as possibleThe home would be lifted until, in the sole opinion of the Company, further raising will produce or create unacceptable damage to the foundation or structureIn our contract we also state that there is a transfer fee for the warranty, the warranty was never transferredWe have also researched to try to find any correspondence to our office from Mrs*** in form of emails or mail but the only thing we found is an email on 9/14/where we sent her a copy of the invoice for the foundation repair & the siding repair we did, and a response where she received it on 9/15/When she did call we did return to the property as stated by Mrs*** and did make adjustments again, all adjustments were made to the point of not creating more damage to the propertyAny and all contracts, warranties should have been provided by Mr*** to Mrs*** at the point of sell of the propertyIt is our company policy to not release any documents on any property unless authorized by the person which who we enter into contract withWe feel we have made every effort to help Mrs***, if she feels that there are still issues with the home we will be happy to return and evaluate the property and submit a quote for any additional work. Again as stated in the previous email, the work was mandated by the City of Corpus Christi in order to pass inspectionThe client can at its own time go and research that information with the City of Corpus ChristiI have instructed the engineer not to release any information to the client until we get paid.? How can any person access a pipe or fitting that is covered under 6ft of dirt? At this point I refuse to give any information or waste any of my time on this issue unless I am compensated for my timeThe engineer and report were paid for by Mammoth Foundation and remain property of until properly paid for

Christi's inspection with out that work we could not obtain a passed inspection. The customer was explained this in email responses and she refused to pay claiming she did not authorize the work. As per code form the City we have to repair all leaks underneath the slab and a test must hold in order to pass inspection. Mammoth fixed the additional leak, excavated an additional 6ft of tunnel to expose the leak, obtained inspection and covered it without receiving our $1275.00 for the additional work. We have explained to the customer that we will be happy to release the engineer's report to her, once we receive payment in form of cashiers check or cash. I do my best to assure that my staff and I service our customers and inform them to the best of our ability, but will not tolerate being taking advantage of or not compensated for services we provide.

I am rejecting this response because:I requested this information prior to our meeting at my residence before any other paymemt was made and any other work was done :
we do want to set up a meeting with the engineer. I also want his information name, number, company he works for, and license number. Please send this before meeting, also any literature on this process from him. I'm not sure yet when we will be able to meet yet. More than likely we will have to do it after 5:30pm probably 6pm. I also asked for the plumbers information as well to speak directly to him, because [redacted] stated this plumber specifically stated that my husband gave him authorization to do the repairs. By husband stated No he did not. He said to talk to [redacted] or my wife in regards to the issue. We also wanted to speak with the plumber because he stated that the excavation company is the one that caused the last leak. So why would be have to pay an additional $1000 to repair something caused by another company? This information was never given to me by Mammoth.

I am rejecting this response because:i as a customer have the right to know who Mammoth contracted to do the work I am paying and supposed to pay for. There should be no reason why I was not or will not be able to have that information. I requested in 2 emails for information from Mammoth on the workers he contracted. I never received any information or explanation on why I could not have this information. I fill as a customer I should be able to get this especially when a company is asking me to pay extra from the original amount and being that there was no communication on the extra work to client and also the statement from the plumber that the excavation team was responsible for said extra work. I would still like this information so I can to my due diligence in investigating this matter.
