Mr. [redacted] contacted our call center on January 30 with a complaint about our Ski School. His name and phone number was forwarded to one our Ski School Directors, who directly contacted Mr. [redacted] by phone on the same day to find out the nature of his complaint.  He told us about his...

view of his experience, which is similar to what he described to the Revdex.com. Our Director apologized to him for any misinformation he may have received about how and where to book lessons. Mr. [redacted] was also upset about our prices and products. In his opinion, the prices are “unethical” because he believes they are too high. While he is certainly entitled to his opinion, pricing is primarily a factor of supply and demand, and our ski school lessons are very frequently sold out. Our Director listened to Mr. [redacted]’s complaints, and as an accommodation offered him a complementary half day private lesson for his children when he returned to Mammoth.  He stated he was satisfied with this solution and thanked our Director for quickly responding to his complaint. Our Director followed up with an email the same day, confirming her offer. Mr. [redacted] responded back on January 31, and thanked our Director again.
