We have an order number [redacted] placed by [redacted] on April 19/We have no record of any order from [redacted] who filed the complaint [redacted] ordered Large and Medium outdoor dog bedThe customer paid $for both items On June our support staff received an email from [redacted] who wrote an e-mail for her partner [redacted] stating she was disappointed in the beds, that they absorbed water after being left outside in the rain and wanted to return the beds for a full refund Our support staff responded on June advising [redacted] how to fully dry the bedsAs per our day return policy, the item would have to be returned unused within days from date of purchaseWe offered the customer to repair the items and a replacement in an alternate style to better suit her application, to which the customer refused No further contact was made by the customer, ironically, until Septwhen [redacted] maliciously attacked our company on pissed consumer and filed a Revdex.com complaintWe offered [redacted] a refund of $after she withdrew her malicious content to Pissed consumer, which she refused.The customer still has the items in her possession and no attempt has been made to return the items back to us

email from [redacted] who wrote an e-mail for her partner [redacted] stating she was disappointed in the beds, that they absorbed water after being left outside in the rain and wanted to return the beds for a full refund.  Our support staff responded on June 14 advising [redacted] how to fully dry the beds. As per our 30 day return policy, the item would have to be returned unused within 30 days from date of purchase. We offered the customer to repair the items and a replacement in an alternate style to better suit her application, to which the customer refused.  No further contact was made by the customer, ironically, until Sept11 when [redacted] maliciously attacked our company on pissed consumer and filed a Revdex.com complaint. We offered [redacted] a refund of $251.98 after she withdrew her malicious content to Pissed consumer, which she refused.The customer still has the items in her possession and no attempt has been made to return the items back to us.
