Mammoth Towing and Service

As stated before we must be called by AAA directly, there are too many issues if we try to do it once we are done with tow or once we have arrived with vehicle and on this particular case there was hardly any service in the areaWe are getting together with our zone representative with AAA to see why they cant cover the card fee as well along with tow but they have to look into matter but we cannot waive this fee on such a big transaction due to our processing company charging us that amount alreadythank you for you understanding

This particular call was called in by the Department of public Safety NOT AAA, we are a provider for AAA but we must be called by them beforehandThe is a fee for the verifying and processing credit card, it just happens to be a decent amount because it goes by percentage and this was a big
amount of due to it being a heavy duty call for RV tow The customer was advised that we accept cash or visa or master card but for a fee and they accepted to terms and signed off on tow reportWe also advised them that they could submit invoice to AAA to try to get some form of reimbursement which the customer already has but they would not reimburse the card fee due to their own policy We value all our customers and try to help them out any way possible to save money by taking them to a bank or to convince ATMs but this call was done late at night and a local ATM would have charged more to pull cash out in this case for this amountThis fee is charged to all customers who need to verify and process a visa or master cardI've attached the receipt, Thank You

I was on the phone with AAA when I was advised to call 911.  The highway patrol advised they were able to contact AAA before I was able to get through to AAA.  At that time the driver was advised we had AAA RV card.  When we were done with the towing we were told by the driver he would not accept the AAA card as he had trouble collecting from them.  We were never asked if we would like to use an ATM which would not have cost us anything.  Our RV broke down in the middle of the afternoon and it was very dark by the time we arrived where we were towed.  We were never advised there would be an additional charge for using a credit card and the driver refused to take any other form of payment.  Our dispute is the driver not taking our AAA card.

This complaint is actually form a vehicle repossession that we were hired by the local pawn shop due to a title loan that was taken out. Mrs. [redacted]e knew she was delinquent on the payment and would hide vehicle on several occasions, she claims that on the time we actually got the vehicle she was...

hurt on reposition and vehicle was damaged. The local authorities were called and they did not give any citations and did not make anyone exchange any insurance info and the deputy even demand she let us take the vehicle for repossession. Mrs [redacted]e owed more than $7,500 on the loan and now is threatening for $2,000 from this company even though that bumper is only a 450.00 bumper. This has gone on for almost 2 months and I refuse to get taken advantage of, just to aide her in her cause to pay off debt she had for loan. I would like to get this resolved and if Mrs. [redacted]e agrees to drop everything I will order a new bumper to match and install it at our repair facility at no charge just to end this as soon as possible.
