Mr*** spoke with Ms*** September Prior to that,we received a PIF *** on September 1, requested a CBR deletion on 9/2, and sent a receipt on 9/ The receipt did not specify that the balance was paid in full On September
I faxed a new receipt letter to Ms*** at 9:a.mThe letter specifically states that the account is Paid In Full
As far as we know, we have complied with Ms***'s requests

As agreed upon, Vision Financial was to report to the credit agencies immediately that the accounts were paid in full That did not happen, and I received the letter that was attached to this report After speaking ro the CEO, a new letter was issued to me, and the credit agencies were to be notified that the account was paid in full This did not occur We then opened a dispute with Equifax, Transunion, and Experian As of 9/23, I received confirmation from Equifax that Vision Financial is only reporting of the accounts as paid in full

The CEO resent the request for deletion on September 19, We would anticipate that this request would be honored by the other two bureaus shortly, if not already We are sorry for any inconvenience, but are limited in our control over the Bureaus

TransUnion just verified that you are reporting that the accounts are still open I would like an itemized letter for each account showing that they are paid in full and are to be removed from our credit report

I apologize for the delay in responding on this complaintThe Supervisor was out the day we discussed this consumer and I was awaiting the call recording
I did verify that a Vision rep told the consumer that we
were unable to produce another receiptThe rep had verified we sent a receipt on 12/19/and 1/27/I believe the consumer was also upset that we would not remove the account from his credit bureau report
We have since sent him another paid in full receipt to the address that he requestedI have attached a copy of the receipt for your records

An account listed with the Credit Bureau will still show as open, and, it will have a note with it that it is also part of a bankruptcy filing Our understanding is that is the way it is listed with Transunion We have not changed our initial
listing since we first listed the account in October, We believe the information to be accurate

I checked my Equifax and TransunionIt's not reported correctly with all three bureaus only oneIt should be corrected with all three that my debt is in a bankruptcyThe debt was entered as a new collection which brought my credit score downI check my credit report periodically to make sure no new information has been posted This was posted as a renewed collection

We received word that on September that the Chapter case involving Ms*** has been dismissed This information is now noted In the near future we will delete our listings for Ms*** from the Credit Bureaus I do not have an exact date, but it should be within the month
