THIS "COMPLAINT" IS COMPLETELY UNFOUNDED. [redacted], IN USING OUR SERVICES FOR THE 2ND TIME IN 2 YEARS NEVER ONCE COMPLAINED BEFORE. THIS IS PURELY A MATTER AS SHE STATED OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HER TAKEN OFFENSE TO THE MOVER WHO SHE CLAIMS WAS ON HIS CELL PHONE TALKING FREQUENTLY, WHEN HE...

ACTUALLY HAD AN EAR PIECE IN USE FOR HIS FAMILY TO MAKE CONTACT WITH HIM DUE TO THE LATENESS OF THE HOUR WE WERE WORKING. [redacted] HAS LOOKS LIKE RE-OPENED HER COMPLAINT FROM OVER A YEAR AGO IN SEEKING A RETALITORY REFUND IN THE HOPES THAT SHE'LL RECIEVE FREE HARD WORKING LABOR FROM MEN WHO WERE CUTEOUS TO HER IN ALL MANNERS. WHEN [redacted] CALLED CUSSSING AND USING VULGARITY AND BEING EXTREMELY RUDE, SHE WAS TOLD MATTER OF FACTLY, NOT DISRESPECTULLY, IF SHE WAS GOING TO TALK IN THOSE TERMS WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO CONTINUE THE CONVERSATION DUE TO HER ABUSIVE AND DISRESPECTFUL DEMEANOR AND TONE. NO BUSINESS SHOIULD HAVE TO TOLERATE OUTRIGHT PROFANITY AND DISRESPECT FROM ANYONE. SHE WAS PROVIDED A SERVICE UNLOADING ALL OF HER STORAGE CONTENTS INTO HER NEW APARTMENT AT A REGULAR RATE, AND NO ADDITIONAL FEES WERE CHARGED. THE SERVICE WAS DISCOUNTED DUE TO HER COMPLAINING SO MUCH TO ACCOMODATE HER EMOTIONAL NEEDS AND CONCERNS.

I am rejecting this response because: This was my first time using this company to move my furniture. The mover in question did not have an earpiece. Three witnesses can agree that he removed my phone from the charging unit and placed his on it, as well as to him having his phone in hand while he text and called someone non-work related several times. I am requesting a full refund of the services because my property was destroyed and I was treated disrespectfully.  I did not utter one curse word as that is out of my character, nor did I raise my voice upon speaking with the manager and I also have witnesses to this. I have witnesses to account for the way I was spoken to and the fact that I was hung up on and told that I was not important and that there were other clients that needed tending to. I feel I was very patient during the entire process and took the advice of those witnesses by reporting them to the Revdex.com. I do not have any reason to lie. Once again I feel the company is not owning up to their responsibility as they did when I tried to come to an agreement over the phone. Not taking responsibility for the damages the movers made to my property is a sign of the poor customer service I spoke of in the initial complaint.
