have an account and invoices from NIKE Company. Our store policy states that there will be no cash refund and exchange only within 7 days with receipt. There will be no exchanges without a box, tags, and worn items. And also there will be no return and no exchange on all JORDAN RETRO sneakers. We display our store policy on the counter and the wall with big letters so that everyone can see them and understand our policy. Reason why there is no return and no exchange on Jordan Retro sneakers is that sometimes they bring in the fake or worn sneakers to exchange to something, and they sometimes try to resell the sneakers to get profit and when things didn't go well, they ask for return/money back with complaints. Before the customer buys the Jordan Retro sneakers, we ask every customer who buy Jordan Retro sneaker; there will be no return and no exchange. When they buy it that means they understood and agreed to our policy. The customer might have the wrong information about fake sneakers since he looked it up internet, and he came back and complained to the [redacted]. Our [redacted] showed and explained to the customer with 3 different colors with same style sneakers we have. Our [redacted] also tried his best to be generous and explained, however he did not understand and keep complaining. One day, he came back secretly to the store and wrote in front of the store that says that we sold fake sneaker, which gave us hard time to erase it and disturbed our business.

Review: I was doing some shopping on [redacted], Brooklyn N.Y. known for a bunch of clothing stores. So I stopped by this corner store, store looked nice outside and in named Man II Man Sneakers. I walked in first thing I see is a display case fulled with Nike/Jordan sneakers. So I bought 4 pairs of Jordan, total of $810.00. A day later I pulled out the sneakers to take pictures, I notice the stitching on the tongue area was a little off(slanted). so as I inspect the sneaker some more. I notice other things wrong. After that I knew something was wrong with this product. I went online and looked it up, this is quit common stores selling unauthorized/fake Nike products. I took the sneakers back to the store, asking for a return, and money back. Store does not give cash refunds back. I showed him the sneakers, explained to him these are not authentic Nike sneakers. The [redacted] goes to the back of the store and comes back with 2 boxes of sneaker. He takes them out and com-pairs them with the ones I all ready bought. Same problem with all of them (unauthirized) He still refused to refund me my money back rudely.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the product and get my money back. But as well start a investigation under unfair-trade-practice law. for selling fake products
