Review: Purchased various products from MAN Makeup Artist Network in August 2014, Order #[redacted] which till now have not yet completed their delivery. We've been emailing back and forth, talking on the phone almost every week and even texting with the owner-[redacted], but just gives me excuses and promises that never fulfilled.

December 2014 came and I requested for a full refund under Order# [redacted] and begging for the refund till February 2015. Till I got the chance to talk to the owner ([redacted]) over the phone that she said she can't refund me the full 1200 dollars and she can only give me 800 back unless I exchange it to a different product then I can used the 1200 dollars. So, I agreed and send them the products which till now I have not received yet in spite of the follow ups I've done over the days and weeks.

I've been calling them since last week but no one picks up the phone.Desired Settlement: I just demand that MAN Makeup Artist Network should either give me a full refund of 1200 dollars or send me exchanged items ordered worth 1200 dollars

Review: I ordered a product on jan 2,2014. Paid by bank card they received my money on the 5th. Originally had given my po box. So someone called on the 6th and got my street address. At that point I was told that they would be processing and shipping soon. I have tried to call several times and no one picks up the phone nor do they return your call. I have also sent 2 or three email with no response as wellDesired Settlement: I would just like them to send the item I spent 174.00$ on.

Review: Many years ago I joined makeupart.net and added my contact information onto their website. I have requested many times for my contact information to be updated. This is effecting my business as the old contact information is invalid and when you google my name, "[redacted]" their incorrect information is the first info that comes up. A producer attempted to contact me this way & found I did not respond, I am losing business. I contacted them again & s/w [redacted] who asked me to have a web person contact her to help. I did so(at my expense) & she never took his call nor responded to his emails. She then never responded to me either. Other staff members that answered the phone were embarrassed at her lack of handling this situation. I have now sent emails through their contact on their website & again with no response since I was not receiving responses via phone. I simply need my information updated ASAP as this is financially effecting my business. I would appreciate your help has this is an unethical business practice. When I signed up, I was told that updating info would be a part of the agreement.
