After the customer inquiry and realizing the error on our part we updated the product description online and offered a complimentary return if she was not satisfied with it (normally we only offer returns for $250 or more). Also, the main photo on the page is only a pouch, the belt is used to show the use of this pouch. The pouch is actually sold as an accessory to the belt and is not part of the actual product which we explained to the customer.

Review: On the 03/**/2015 I placed an online order with MAN of the WORLD Magazine for 1x Leather Strap & Belt Pouch in Dark Tan and my card was debited the asking price of $75. I received confirmation of my purchase as well as a confirmation of the items shipped. In both cases the description was as above, leather strap and pouch. Upon receiving only the pouch I notified the company that the belt was missing. I was told that "we've realized the name of the product may be slightly deceiving", "this was an error on our part" and that "the pouch is actually an add-on to the belt that was pictured on the product page, which is available for sale on our website". I was offered to send the pouch back (already gifted, without the belt, as I was still waiting for the item to arrive).Desired Settlement: I would like for Man of the World to honor their word and the advertised product and send the remaining of the order, which consists of the belt, which they have in stock (http://manoftheworld.com/products/medium-oval-buckle-belt-dark-tan).
