Customer returned product covered in dirt, lint, and hair. We declined return because regardless of whether it was used, it was not returned in brand new condition. Regardless of whether it was worn, it was handled in unsanitary conditions. Our return policy clearly states the product must be...

returned in brand new condition. That way we can re-sell the product.  Product was returned to consumer at Man-PACK's expense. Customer lost refund dispute through [redacted]. [redacted] sided with Man-PACK. Customer is now trying to be malicious and log a complaint with Revdex.com in an effort to harm the reputation of Man-PACK.
