I can't say enough great things for Mazi and his team at Mana Design BuildFrom beginning to end, we found everyone we came in contact with to be honest, professional, patient and competent We received several quotes for a master bathroom and powder room remodel and hardwood floor installation for our homeAfter looking at all of them, we decided on Mana Design because we thought the estimate was fair, they had outstanding reviews on Thumbtack and we really liked Mazi He came and took a look at our master bathroom and immediately had great ideas that put them in computer software - something that really lacked from the other contractorsHe is very expert in what he is doing and as a home owner, he will educate us before we finalize our decision on materialsIn all honesty, his quote a was little more than the others, but we sensed the integrity in him that was echoed in many other reviewsWe didn't mind paying a little more for the design and his extra time to know that we would be working with someone who would be proactive in fixing any problems that arose and believe wholeheartedly that you get what you pay for! He designed our powder room exactly what I was dreamed for Like with any remodel and installation process, there are so many decision- both big and small- and I felt like Mazi was patient with us and had a true concern for our projectHis foreman Mo was wonderful alsoHe kept us updated on what crew would be coming everyday and talked with us about little details while giving us his expert opinionThey has a nice portal to monitor your project scheduling, payments and even progressing pictures I can say with all honesty that every crew that came to work on our house- cabinetry, plumbing, hardwood floors, drywall/paint, granite and tile were outstandingThey worked hard, cleaned up their mess everyday, were kind and patient with my and year old and were nice and courteous to usThat makes a big difference when your life if turned upside down with a construction project, no bathrooms and a dust everywhere We are extremely happy with our master bathroom and exclusively our lovely powder room and new hardwood floorsIt has changed the look of our house and have received many compliments And, it is worth noting, the entire project was completed in weeks (and it would have been shorter if we didn't take some days picking out plumbing fixtures, lighting, stone and backsplash and cabinetry)weeks! And no corners were cut or work was rushed We recommend Mana Design without reservation and will be using them again for our future kitchen projectI recommend you do also and even pay for their design fee if you do care what you get [redacted] and ***

Had a fantastic experience w/Mana Design! They pretty much ended up remodeling my whole house and the quality of their work and materials were top notch! Some things that stood out to me: 1) The owner Mazi, really understands attention to detailIf there was a small issue that came up (which was not often), it was taken care of IMMEDIATELYI literally never had to wait more than one minute to get a response for any concern I hadEven small cosmetic issues such as a cabinet [redacted] that was not quite level was taken care of are right away 2) We added more work to be done during the remodeling process and Mazi kept the prices more than fairNever felt like he was out to get the most money out of us, but was more interested in getting the best job done and making us happy 3) Even after the job was all paid for, the customer service remained fantastic!!! I got tons of estimates and I believe Mana Design is by far the best value- best pricing for the top quality work you getDefinitely, deserve solid stars!!!

We searched for two years to find the right decorator and get the dining room we envisionedIt turned out just the way we wantedThey came in, took our traditional furniture and created a transitional warm, comfortable room where people linger long after dinnerWe are very visual people and They lead us step-by- step through the selections to make sure they fit our taste and styleIt was such a good experience that he is presently working on our office spaceI am confident we will love it too

Mana Design Build just finished remodeling all of our bathroomsWe love them and our new bathroomsOur master bath was a complete mess and needed everything from new fixtures to new placement of shower, sink and toilet! Mazi (the owner) and [redacted] (the designer) was so knowledgeable of the latest designs, fixtures and really listened to what I wanted in my bathroomBased on my input, she brought out fabrics, tile, granite samples all to my homeI didn't need to do any of the running around! She and Mazi met with us every step of the way! Demolition took only one day! He then reconfigured all the electrical and plumbing and started building my bathroom from scratchThe end result is a super functional, up-to-date master bathroom! Mazi then conquered our other bathroomsThey needed a facelift: new tile, vanities, toilets, paint, the works! One of the benefits of working with Mana Design is that they are a design and build companyThey provided all the materials, made all the necessary appointments for permits with the city of Lake Forest, and cleaned up the "remodel" mess every day before leaving! I am super pleased with my bathrooms! The work is clean and meticulous, and I know if we ever had an issue with something they would be out immediately to fix itWe look forward to our next project (remodel kitchen) with Mana Design Build!
