The contractor that rehab the house I purchase put a vent in the kitchen that didn't have any duck work connected to it some of the repairs that was listed in the inspections has not been completed as of today, this is in violations of the contract that both lawyers signed before closing also there wasn't any insulation put in the walls before the dry wall was put in place
