I received a text to my cell phone at (XXX) XXX-XXXX on Friday, January 17, 2020 at 1646. The text is soliciting me to call their staffing agency about a position. The following message is word for word:
Hi Christina. This is Lisa from Managed Staffing. We have a job opening for the position Quality Improvement Specialist/RN @Tampa, FL. Please let me know the best time to reach you or else call me @ XXX-XXX-XXXX so that we can discuss more on this. Thanks, Lisa form Managed Staffing.
I provided the email on Managed Staffing website screen shots of the text, the number, and a letter stating they violated the TCPA act. I sent this email on 1/21 at 1512 to:

Other (requires explanation) I sent a letter stating the violation of the TCPA, and asked for the penalty of $1500, which is in accordance to the TCPA.
