The tech charged her $60.00 for the service charge and $40.00 to install the unit, he didn't even charge her the tax, we are paying the tax from the $100.00. If the customer want us to check the unit and something is wrong with the unit, she will have to pay because he didn't service the unit.

Review: I scheduled an appointment on May **, 2015 to have my refrigator repaired as per the manufacturer. The appointment was for June *, 2015 between 1-3 p.m. I called at 1:00 p.m., to determine why someone had not make contact with me or what time they would arrive. I was told by a lady that I had cancelled my appointment. I never cancelled the appointment. The lady put me on hold and refused to come back on the line. I have been calling since 1:00 p.m. and she intentionally refuses to answer my call. The reason I know that she is refusing to answer my call is because I had someone with another number to call her. The person that is answering the phone is the same person on the company's voice message ###-###-####. This lady needs to be fired.Desired Settlement: Contact the manufacturer for [redacted] and notify the manufacturer of their poor service and delete them as a repair company for the manufacturer.

Review: I called this business on 7/**/15 to repair my A/C, because whenever the weather becomes very humid, and the condensation would build up my A/C would leak into my apartment instead of going out the window, the leaking had gotten so bad that the water would fill up a four (4) gallon pail. When the technician came to my apartment to repair my A/C, he pushed the unit up into the sleeve and he tucked some memory foam around the opening at the top of the unit, turned the unit on and it didn't leak, but the weather was not very humid that day. I paid him $100.00, and he assured me if I had any further trouble with my A/C that I was to call the office, but when my A/C began to leak again on 9/*/15 I called the office on 9/*/15. but got no satisfactory response from this business. I do not appreciate being ripped off.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund, because I am not at all satisfied with the job the Technician (Roberto) did.
