This company calls 2 times a week both on our home phone and on my cell phone - I have been asking them to remove me every time they call - they refuse to remove me from their telephone spam list. I have called this company repeatedly telling them that I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST but they actually think it's funny and they informed me that they are " Exempt " because they are taking a survey and not soliciting - so I guess I do not own my own telephone numbers even though I pay the bill they tell me they have a right to disturb me at all hours and apparently this company believes they are above the law ! Attention: Any company that hires this firm to conduct survey is going to lose my business for sure !

Review: The company keeps calling me about taking a healthcare survey and will NOT remove my contact info from their database. They keep calling on my cell and pestering me at at home.Desired Settlement: Removal of my contact information from their database, and to never make a unsolicited call to me ever again.

This company repeatedly calls me in the middle of my sleeping after I asked them to stop. I did end up talking to someone in person and they were informed that I would be happy to answer questions in the morning hours. Have received 3 more calls in the meantime around the same evening time.
