Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because I have email proof that item that is part of my roof was addressed last fall in email communication with *** The item is part of the trim of the "roof" and was damaged by contractorsThis cable has never been attached in the mannerIt should also benoted that I have reviewed the pictures and the "cables" that she notes are those cables that are running to a satellite dish and I do not have a dish on my property. You have also failed to note that the person that came and attached the cable as it currently stands entered into my property without my consent as my gate is locked therefore the most recent contractor committed trespassingIn regards to the screen that needs to be one can not expect to take this off in January when there is cold weatherIt should also that the person that I have been communicating with is part of Management and Maintenance which is responsible for the contractors on the property and the work not being done correctlyI resent the board member Josh telling me to just it off when you have not seen itIt should also be noted that the current view of the cable is not in uniformity to the rest of the units of my floor plan. In addition there is trim that is missing from the side of house that covers up the cable as well*** *** was the picture that was sent to me and that unit has a dish on the roof and this is the cableLook at the roof itself from where the entrance to the house is there is no black cable hanging down and that is how it should be on my house since they are the same floor plan
Sincerely,
*** ***

Ms*** was advised the screen would be replaced when she attended the December 9, Springfield at Indian Creek Board of Directors meetingThe contractor hired by the Association, not Management & Maintenance, Inc., will replace the screen as soon as possible

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/09/16) */
The water meters for his unit at *** affects more than one buildingI called *** *** to determine who would be affected, but the first time I called, the customer service was unable to tell me who was affectedThe next time, I got
in contact with a supervisor, who was able to get me the informationI relayed the information to the owner, and he got his issue resolvedI met his contractor on site to help him locate the water meterThe owners issue was resolved on 9/9/regarding the water
His big complaint is against *** *** This is a community that has been underfunded for numerous yearsWe have increased the dues to $for the first time in Since that time we have repaired steps, porches, railings, chimneys, chimney caps, siding, roofs, and many other aspects of the communityThe pool has not been operational for ten yearsIf someone told him he was paying for the pool, they lied to him
I understand the owners frustration with the community - the Board is working tirelessly to get issues prioritized and addressed as funds are availableUnless the owners are willing to have a more reasonable rate of fees, the community is limited on the work that can be doneWe invite this owner to participate in the meetings to see what work is being done
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 8, 2015/09/21) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
My plumbing repair was fixed in a very timely order as well as the step, but it shouldn't of taken a complaint to the Revdex.com to get it doneI still have an issue with the financial lady who was caught stealing funds from the HOA, and then just allowed to resignNo one made an attempt to try and recover the possible lost funds

Re: *** *** ** *** *** ***
*** ** *** Response: Two items first need to be clarified in response to *** *** complaint: *** *** refers to the item in question as her “roof,” however the item is actually a cable wire. Management
& Maintenance, Incdoes not have the obligation to fix *** *** roof or any other items at her home. We are the management company for the association she lives in, which is *** at *** *** *** ***. The Association has the obligation to maintain the roof. In response to *** *** complaint: Contractors have been sent out twice to her home. The first time a contractor was sent to her home was in March 2016. We heard nothing regarding the black cord from *** *** until July 2016, which is when she stopped payment on her check for her May 2016 Association dues. The stop payment prompted a letter to her from the Association. In response to the letter, she sent an email dated July 7, stating, “Please be advised that I am receipt of your certified letterPlease let the board know that I will not pay this fee as the HOA has failed to fix my roof that has been damaged since last fall for which the board isaware of and has not successfully repaired the problemI have contacted the board in the past to make them aware of this problem and the poor attempt by the contractor to fix itReally putting a staple in the side of my house is your solutionI have pictures to prove what needs to be done.” A work order was issued. On July 23, 2016, *** *** emailed me saying the contractors had been out and she was not pleased with the work that was done. I requested a meeting with her on July 23, to which she refused and directed me to look at other homes. After a short email exchange, I again requested to meet with her, but she refused. On July 27, 2016, I visited the property and took pictures of five different homes, at her request, that had cable installed. The pictures showed cables in various states including hanging and affixed. There was no uniformity in the manner in which the cables were attached to the homes. Those pictures were sent to *** *** the same day. I noted her cable looked the same or better than some of the other cables in the community, and no further changes would be made to her cable until she met with me. She again refused my request and asked me to visit a particular home in the community. I told her that I was unable to see any cable at the home she directed me toDuring another walkthrough with a Board member on July 28, 2016, it was verified that no cable was present at the home she directed me to. If *** *** would like to meet with me, Board members, and a contractor to specifically advise us of how she would like the cable installed, the Association will consider additional repairs. Until then, the Association will not continue to send out contractors. The cable is currently affixed with fasteners to the buildingLastly, I would like to follow up on *** *** complaint of January 12, regarding her torn screen. *** *** refused to let the Association’s contractor into her home to remove the screen. She indicated she would take care of it herself and submit the invoice to us. To date, that has not been completed
