I am rejecting this response because: I understand that the engineering company's fee was $But That doesn't cover any extra cost that may be required by the engineering company or the city inspectorsFor example: structural supports such as
brackets that may be required to comply with city code. To comply with wind storm requirementsI don't understand why we don't know what is needed by the city to receive the windstorm certification and pass the city inspectionWhy can't we do what the city is requiring to pass the inspection so we can move forward and get the windstorm certificationThat is what I hired them to doSomething sounds fishy to meI want to see what the city was wanting done to pass inspection and why it was not done

we did do a garage door for Mr[redacted], but we have some issues dating back to some time trying to get a third party to inspect the door for the wind storm certificate.? We hired an engineering company here local in our city and some how they have drug their feet.? I have done as much as I
can to get this done.? I paid the engineering companyand have emailed them numerous times as Mr[redacted] knows.? he also has their number and contact to see if it would help if he also calls.? I did volunteer to call and set up the appointment for [redacted] and pay for it for Mr[redacted] so it would be easier for him and save him time since I have the number.? My hands are tied and I have instructed Mr[redacted] to contact [redacted]Engineering directly to resolve this.? I want it resolved as bad as he does.? i'm attaching the last emails.? the first emails date back on May and 31st for the original inspectionslast word is that we are waiting on [redacted] to get the WP-form.? and all I can do I waitwe are very agitated with this process as well.? I really hope this will be resolved as well from [redacted] Engineeringwe will not be using them again to do any inspections.? if you need my emails showing how many times I've contacted them let me know.? I am rejecting this response because: I paid for a garage door with a Windstorm certificate with the garage door companyI did not hire the engineering company to do anything, The garage door company hired the engineering companySo the garage door company needs to get with the engineering company to get my windstorm certificate not meI paid for that certificate and I have yet to have itI believe there is no argument that they agreed to give me the certificate along with the doorI have proof thru text if needed
