I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.My response to the business and other potential customers:I already provided this business with copies of the original receipt, and showed them the tires. I did this over two months ago, and they said the manager would respond to my complaint - but they never called back. I still have the tires, which I only drove on for about miles. As soon as I put new matching tires on the vehicle, the grinding sound never came back. My main point is that this tire business should have expected such a result and never should have sold me used, non-matching tires for this type of automatic wheel drive vehicle.I don't expect they will make this right, since they ignored me when I came in to the shop. I just want other consumers to be aware of incident

USED TIRES ARE SOLD AS IS NO WARRANTY AS ARE ALL USED PARTS AND TIRESTO RESPOND OVER A YEAR LATER AND TO GO ON THE BASIS OF A PHONE CALL TO *** IS WEAK, I TALK TO A LOT OFPEOPLE ABOUT THEIR CARS AND WILL NOT KNOW THE TRUE CAUSE OR RESOLVE TO A PROBLEM UNTIL I SEE ANDDIAGNOSIS THE
PROBLEM POSSIBLY THE OTHER TIRES WERE THE PROBLEM??????I HAVE NO WAY TO PROVE THAT THESE ARE THE TIRES WE SOLD TO THE CUSTOMER.I WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER BUT FIRST I NEED A COPY OF OUR INVOICE WHEN WE SOLD THE USED TIRES AND A COPYOF THE INVOICE FROM THE PURCHASE OF THE NEW TIRES.IF INDEED THE PROBLEM WERE THE USED TIRES --THE BEST WAY TO HAVE SOLVE THE PROBLEM WOULD BE TO COME BACK TO US ANDNOT HAVE WAITED A YEAR OR MORE
