This complaint is directed to the Company not Archway Insurance who is the advocateThe claim, from my understanding, was reported directly to the company in which the client had her vehicle insuredThe client went to the
Archway office on August 31st because she was upset about having to pay the deductible and the Account Manager who looks after the account called the company and within minutes was able to resolve the problem
Also, the reason you did not get an immediate response on the letter is because the address showing on the attached letter is incorrect
