# [redacted] ***Today Thursday July I went to A&L BMW for a diagnostic test concerning my car BMW 335d.I was told that the drain plug was stripped and that was the cause of oil leaksNow I cannot prove that P&W did that, however before I had taken my car to them I never had any oil leaksAlso P&W advised me that I needed all of my injectors replaced at a cost of $4,or soI refused the serviceThe test done at A&L showed nothing about any injector being clogged or damaged.However there were other codes that showed up that P&W did not inform me aboutAt this time I have no desire to contact P&W ever again that's why I'm letting the Revdex.com know of this new found info

Dear Mrs***,I am writing in response to your letter dated 8/15/concerning complaint ID ***.We fully disclosed at time of purchase that the vehicle was being sold with no warranty as well as the fact that the Extended Service Agreement that was purchased was exclusionary and

The test done at A&L showed nothing about any injector being clogged or damaged.However there were other codes that showed up that P&W did not inform me about. At this time I have no desire to contact P&W ever again that's why I'm letting the Revdex.com know of this new found info.
