Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have described the situation accurately If [redacted] believes there are statements I would ask him to identify them specifically In the event that I have provided demonstrably information I will be happy to revise my complaint accordingly There is no information that I have provided that would be in violation of the confidentiality agreement If [redacted] disagrees, I would ask him to identify the offending information specifically The facts remain that MrHeineman did not provide the services promised, has not provided the $2,refund that was promised by October 3, 2016, and has provided no explanation for the delay There are no facts in this situation that would constitute a valid retraction of his promise to issue the refund I will be happy to fully retract my complaint once the refund is received Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:1.  I have described the situation accurately.  If [redacted] believes there are false statements I would ask him to identify them specifically.  In the event that I have provided demonstrably false information I will be happy to revise my complaint accordingly.2.  There is no information that I have provided that would be in violation of the confidentiality agreement.  If [redacted] disagrees, I would ask him to identify the offending information specifically.3.  The facts remain that Mr. Heineman did not provide the services promised, has not provided the $2,500 refund that was promised by October 3, 2016, and has provided no explanation for the delay.  There are no facts in this situation that would constitute a valid retraction of his promise to issue the refund.  I will be happy to fully retract my complaint once the refund is received.
