Overall, I've been happy with the ManageYourID services, albeit very slow. That said, I have had zero success canceling my subscription. If done through the website, I get an error. If I try and contact via Phone, I get transferred to voice mail with a call back promise and never get one. If I try and contact via email, the message is returned as undeliverable. If I try to contact via their automated chatbot, It says it's opened a case, but no one ever follows up. If I was satisfied at all, I'm definitely no longer so, after all efforts to contact them has rendered no results.
