We have provided Mrs*** with a full service landscaping contract for over years. We have maintained her home to perfection over the years and yes we made a mistake on the mulching and contract renewal date. Mrs*** contract has rolled over every year up to this
point. I was confused on the start date being May or June but we did both agree that it was May. She is correct in saying that the mulch was included in the contract and we did mulch the beds in early June when we realized our mistake.We don't begin trimming bushes until June on our contracts. We don't trim in April because there is very little to no growth at this time of the season. Mrs*** fiscal annual contract ended in May which she paid in full that did include pruning's that were preformed last summer and fall. When she cancels the upcoming years contract then we would not have pruning included unless she begins a new contract. She did pay *** for June and *** for July that would go towards work preformed in June and weeks of July 2017. I sent an invoice for trimming bushes *** completed in June (men hours of work plus disposal fees) and lawn mowings *** which were during the month of June and weeks in July at *** per mowing. This gives a grand total of ***. When we subtract her payments of *** (June) and *** (July) it leaves a balance of *** for work preformed in June and July (not in contract). When I sent the invoice of *** * was unaware that she paid *** in June and the *** in July. At this point I am going to move on and write off this balance and I am sorry things ended this way.Thank you,Thank you,
