Review: This complaint goes between lack of proper customer service communication and unreasonable delay in completing servicesManasquan Glass was supposed to come to my home between a certain time in the morning and my mother sat at my home waiting for [redacted] (the owner) to show upHe never showed, never called, nor did anyone from the office call to say that he wasn't coming or was going to be lateUpon my arrival to my home, I passed by [redacted] in the neighbourhood thinking he was just done with the job and left and my mother was at my homeI came to find out that he left his card in the door, and simply dropped off a piece of moulding on my porchNo call, no noteMy mother was originally informed AM meeting and she had left for the dayShe called and received no answer or return call back on the status of the contractor showing upI quickly called the office at 4:30PM, but the phone kept ringing with no voicemail attached to leave a messageMy mother kept calling the contractor's cell and he never answeredOffice hours are until 5PM and no one was picking up at 4:30PMI made another appointment to have my windows "finished off" and this time the appointment was made a week in advancedI get a phone call from reception the day before they were to come and stated that they needed to cancel all of their small jobs because they don't have enough man power to finish the workI said, I made this appointment over a week ago and Fridays are the only days this can happenShe said they can't come because they have shower doors to install that day and that took priority over completing my jobThis makes me feel unimportant to themShe said how about Saturday, I checked with my fiance to make sure he'd be thereI phoned back minutes later and she said Saturday was not available anymore
Now I'm waiting with my new appointment with a confirmation that someone would be here between 10AM and 12PMIt is 12:No call to tell me he's lateNothing.Desired Settlement: Aside from the lack of communication and proper training in their reception, I want my siding that edges my windows replacedThey were damaged on most of my windows upon installationThere pieces are uneven, bent, cracked and kinkedThey are poorly caulked with goops of caulk all over the edging that don't seal at allAlso, the windows were caulked with two different colors of caulk, making it look even worseI want a refund for lack of follow through, communication in scheduling and care for my property
