To whom it may concern;On April 6" [redacted] purchased [redacted] ***She test drove the vehicle, loved it and allowed us to pull her credit to figure out which lenders would assist her on giving her a loanShe has cash down to help pay her taxesFew days later she came in i-rate that check engine light is onI asked her to calm herself and let us find out what it isWe scanned the vehicle and it was oxygen sensor which we had order to have it installedTypically we don't have loaners to give for vehicle sold for service, but since she was going to be late to her job we assist her with a loaner and she drove off to workThe following day the vehicle had the part installed and there were no check engine lights what so everWe contacted her to come in bring the loaner and pick up your carShe came in the following day and stated that she wants to return the vehicle, at this time it's been 4ays since she had the vehicle and her auto loan was finalized and fundedWe explained that we cannot un-wind this deal as it is complete with the lenderShe started to get irate and started to make a scene in our showroomI kindly asked her to leave our showroom, after or min of cursing she left with her purchased VolvoThat was the last we heard from her til I received BBB letter

Maxwell is a liar point blankyes I did curse him out after he insulted my intelligence and lied in my facehis response is missing information and has skipped vital informationI had come in on several occasions before it got to that pointI basically had to beg for a loaner which I was told I could not have and had to be "irate" before I got oneI will be taking them to court for my down payment backalso the bank will come and reposes the vehicle when they receive no initial or future payments, and ill dispute it off of my credit.. I refuse to let their terrible customer service bring me down.. End of subject

If they are claiming that the spare tire was on the vehicle, what happened to It? Do they actually think that I would remove the spare, wind up with a flat at 1:30am on Isouth, alone, call my road side assistance, for then to inform me that I don't have a spare, contact the dealer who is in Virginia to pick up a spare from the dealer as a hoax???? I had to spend the night in the vehicle and wait until 8am to purchase a tire. Come on! Just like there was no jack, there was no spare!!! What do they think I did with the spare??? Come on!!! I have no spare! I had to buy a tire after getting a flat with no jack. Now I had to buy a tire because I had no spare. Come on!!! The vehicle was sold to me without a spare. No jack and no spare!!!!!! What do they think that I did???? Remove the spare and then try to get another spare from them????? That doesn't even make sense

I am rejecting this response because: Again after taking this vehicle to a mechanic that does inspections also it was found that the vehicle could have never past a true inspection at the time that this document was completedEverything from the brake system, electrical systems, and rusted undercarriage would have been seen as soon as the care was inspectedI believe that this dealership has a specific mechanic that they use that just literally signs off on cars. This car could not have passed any inspection givenWhen I approached the ** with the mechanics findings of obvious water damageHe never denied it al allDoes that sound like someone who would not sell a car like that

undercarriage is totally rustedThis did not occur over nightIf this vehicle was properly inspected by the state of VA they would have recognized thisAfter spending on the vehicle the mechanic who conducted the repairs stated that it was obvious that the vehicle had been submerged in water at some point, and it could not have passed any inspection with the damage underneath, and the electrical system problemsSo there was obvious some type of fraud by this company

relaying correspondence to the head unit was outUpon replacing that we figured it was also the antenna wireWhich was ordered promptly after the diagnostic.The Vehicle was taken into the mechanic shop for the 4xlight coming onWe addressed the issue and even permitted him to drive a loaner in the meantime.Upon the customer picking up the vehicle and taking it home, I was left a message that the issue happened againI promptly set another appointment for the vehicle to be taken to the shop for farther diagnostic and repair.We have extended every effort to fix the problem and are saddened that our efforts are going unnoticed.The consumer is always given every opportunity to test drive the vehicle and even take it to a shop within milesEvery issue that was known was stated and we even offered a significant discount to him due to issue he did not like.We have receipts and can provide you with any supporting documents to resolve this matter.Please feel free to call or e mail me anytimeLiberia Ave Manassas VA 20110Manassasautogallery@***.com ***

I don't know what this document is about ( individual advance on hold report )we never saw or receive this document and about the emission and tags processing the day we purchase this vehicle we left the van in the dealer for few days because thei told us textually we already please an order for a full set of new tires and the locksmith will come to fix or make a new keys for the rear doors ) then a couple days later I use the van for a day and in that day I been in the shop to make the emission inspectio and I been told that I have to drive the van for at least milles because the ( service engine light is been turned off recently so in order to have the emiccion done, then we returned to the dealer after we drive for over then miles and the service engine light turn on we explain to the person in the dealer about that issue and he got a device from he's office plug in the van and turn off the service light off then he say is ready, and ask him about the locks and he say we have to order new ones because the ones on the van are not good any more and I ask for the tags en he say you have to bring the emission test done the I go back to the shop and I been told once again to drive the van for least miles I do that and light turn on back again so I go back to the shop and they check the problem and thei say the transmission needs to be serviced then I go back to the dealer explain them about the transmission service then he say we have to make an appointment with the mecanic for that so we call you and let you know wen you can bring the van then several days pass whit out a call from them so I go to the dealer and left the van with them and tell them to call me we the van is ready, in the next couple of days thei call me, thei fix the transmission then I do the emissions I call the dealer and told them I have the emissions done and he say ok just bring a copy of the emissions and I'll get your tags so I bring a copy of the emissions to them the he say ok give me a few days then I'll have the tags for you by then I call them about a week later then he say not ready because you not bring the emissions, I tell him I have already give you a copy of it then he say ok I'll call you wen you can pick it up then he never call me then I go to the dealer to see what was going on with the tags then he say if you want your tags pay me dollars for the transmission then I say ok, can you show me the receip and warranty for the transmission? And he say do you have the money? And I say not right now then he say ok bring the money and I'll give you your tags and show you the receip and about the tires ,sensors,Ac side panel and door locks forget about it all the cars we sell have one missing and there is not a big deal he give me the receip were they replace the tires and tell me to go whit them and tell them about the tires sensors
