Review: The dispatcher said that they accepted credit cards. The driver ran my card and said his system was not working. He then asked for another card. I had previously given him my Co credit card. He then asked for another card. I gave him my personal credit card. He ran it and said it was not working either. He then took me to an ATM at the hotel across the street to obtain cash. I paid him in cash. All the while wondering if this was the start of an identity theft scam. At the payment of cash he then sped away.Desired Settlement: Repayment of cash and proper processing of my co credit card without any identity fraud to my accounts due to the cab company's drivers actions. Also for the cab company to employ workers that understand bussiness tranactions in the United States of America.

Review: Manassas Cab Company failed to provide me with a cab ride per my reservation I made several days in advance. I made a reservation to be picked up from my hotel ([redacted] Inn) and taken to [redacted] approximately 5 miles from my hotel. The cab service showed up on time and provided a comfortable and safe ride. However, the second part of my reservation I was to be picked up from [redacted] at 11:30pm. The cab never showed up. I called and was told there was a concert that night down the street and all the cabs were tied up. I was also told that an estimated time of arrival for my reservation was not possible. Approximately 30 minutes later (around midnight) I called again for an update, but was told my reservation was no longer in the system, and that a cab would get to me within an hour. Again, Manassas Cab Company used the concert as an excuse. I understand that cabs can get tied up with a venue that seats 16,000+ persons, but I find it intolerable that Manassas Cab Company took my 11:30pm reservation knowing they would not honor it. The concert venue down the street ([redacted]) puts on numerous shows a year. These shows are scheduled well in advance. And furthermore, these shows are listed on the [redacted] website. I believe the Manassas Cab Company needs to take the responsibility to understand when the concert nights are, and let their guests with reservations know that they may have to wait upwards of 2 hours, or simply not take reservations during the concert nights. My reservation was to be at 11:30pm. I am a female that had to wait 2 hours in the street before I was able to flag down another cab. I did not get to my hotel until approximately 1:10am. Not only did this happen to me this time, but also one year ago. This is evidently a major problem with this cab service and it needs to be fixed.Desired Settlement: Manassas Cab Company should not accept reservations around the times [redacted] has concerts, or Manassas Cab Company should honor the reservation BEFORE responding to new calls.
