We had our air conditioner/furnace replaced and within the first year had problems with both the furnace & air conditioner The air conditioner lost all its freon due to improper installation we had to use a bucket to catch all the water when the air conditioner came on They should have installed a pumpThe furnace kept telling us that we needed to replace the filter which we had just replaced They couldn't figure out what was wrong so they replaced the circuit board and motor It was still not working properly so they were called out again and they adjusted the gas flow and they said it was fixed, but during the winter the furnace kept running constantly We called another company to come and do a service and found that they had done a very poor installation They did poor sheet metal work which we needed to fix and the unit had a second filter on the allergy filter which we did not know existed nor did the technicians because it was very dirty which was causing poor air flow We had to remove the carrier and put in a new one as then we could have regular filters instead of the odd sized one which we couldn't find anywhere in the storesI would not recommend these people to anyone after I feel that we were overcharged for this unit and were sold items that were not needed
