Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However I still disagree that December was the first time I contacted them That is a completely inaccurate statement I would be more satisfied if the business acknowledged that they knew the physicals did not require a copay, as Tammy did on the phone when I spoke with her Further, Tammy promised to send the refund on December 29, 2014, which she did not acknowledge in letter I received the refund about two weeks after she first promised it

Dear [redacted],Thank you for your letter of inquiry regarding our patient referenced under ID#[redacted].The patient's sons were seen for their physicals on August 29th, 2014. We received the reimbursement from their insurance company September 16", 2014, including...
a notification that a $25/per appointment co-pay did not apply for the physicals. We therefore applied a credit of § $50 to the patient’s account, to be reimbursed to the patient at the time of their next appointment in the office. However, none of the family members were in fact seen after the August date in our office. The mother first contacted our office December 24, 2014. A message was taken and relayed to the Office Manager on December 29th, 2014, which is the first day that she was back in the office. After investigation of the account information, a check was written to the mother and the reimbursement of the $50. The Office Manager called the patient January 9th, 2015, and left a message inquiring as to whether she would like to have the payment mailed or if she would like to pick it up. The Office Manager received a call back later that day requesting that it be mailed. The refund check was then mailed to the patient the following day, January 10th, 2015.We are sorry for any inconvenience that was caused to this patient.Sincerely,
Tammy B
