This was not an adequate response at all. I was told clearly by the shop keeper on that night, prior to my third round (where both I and my opponent had gone 0-2) that whoever won didn't really matter, as we would both receive pack regardless. After the match, this tone completely changed, with myself being told I would not receive any sort of prize and the shop keeper refusing to answer any additional questions. The very first thing I did after being lied to and treated so rudely was go to the manawerx.com website and submit an email, asking for the exact same resolution I have here: either them honor their word and provide the pack, or refund me the $as they were dishonest every step of the way. I received an email back from Ed (owner of the store) emphasizing how he 'would do almost anything to resolve a bad situation when it comes to a customer' however he didn't make any offer to resolve the situation, apologize for his shop keeper's poor treatment of me (a customer) or make any effort, at all, to correct the situation besides repeatedly blasting me via email

I visited Manawerx on 1/22/for a draft they had advertised on Facebook with a prize structure of 6/4/1/(packs for wins, packs for wins, pack for zero or win) After participating, they told me instead they decided to change the prizing to 4/2/1, so I would not get any wins They had not told me about the changes to prizing structure prior to me participating in the draft The man at the desk refused to provide me with the pack I had earned
I emailed in a request to either be refunded the amount I spent, or that they honor the prizing structure that they advertise regularly on their facebook page No response thus far

If [redacted] wants to come into the store and get a pack I will give him one, he must see me (Ed C[redacted]) This is not an admittance of guilt or wrong doing on our part, as he has shown he has no idea of what he is talking about. I am done with this thread. I will not respond to either [redacted] or the Revdex.com anymore. he was not told that he would get a pack no matter what. He's just a liar. Let him know if he wants to get a pack to come in and see me.
