I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although I do not appreciate Leila accusing a member of my family of taking my check, and her phone conversation with me was hostile and border line harassing. I was looking to have my $refunded without any deductions from Manayunk Apartments and it seems that is what will be done. I appreciate your assistance with this unfortunate incident

September 26, 2017Dear ***,I am frankly shocked at your accusations, Your refund was processed in a timely manner and the 100$ check was issued from headquarters August 4, at the address which you providedWhen you contacted me to tell me that you had not received your check, I verified
with accounts payable the check number and address that it was sent to which was confirmed as the correct address (by you)cannot possibly control another occupant of your address taking your checkI asked you how you would like to proceed, as normally banks charge a stop payment charge of 35$ on a check if it is to be reissuedI never received a response on how you would like to proceed, only indignation at a possible bank charge which is commonplace when you have to reissue a check to a different address than what you originally providedNever was a new address provided by you or a final decision on what you wished to do communicated to meThe next communication I received was this Better Business complaint weeks later?
