I'd have to say my experience Overall was not good at all.. After singing the contract work began several weeks later. The overall project was to remove an 85 yr old 6ft high retaining wall with stairs and replace it with a geo stone wall ,stairs , and 50 " paver pathway. . At this point it might be easier to just list the mishaps which followed . Dug up gas line, crushed water meter, crushed half of a driveway , pushed over fencing.. Issues with the construction included non permitted project sight management unavailable and uncooperative . Miscalculation of stair placement and execution requiring a replacement and rebuild . Incomplete backfill material.. (Topsoil only partially filled correctly). Waste materials such as Kevlar mess bundles and plastic rap material burried within the top 5% of backfill.. Extensive soil and Vegittation destruction requiring Extra landscaping to prevent erosion..
