Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered] Paul C [redacted] did not verify that his unprofessional girlfriend gave me permission to make monthly payments instead of biweeklyThey automatically deducted from my checking account on a monthly basis so please explain that oneIf he did not give permission to change the terms of the loan then why would they change the auto draft on their end I would LOVE to provide all my bank statements showing they would take from my account with multiple discrepancies on their endHe himself apologized and told me in July of he would get the problem corrected and failed to do so So what is the next step I have numerous documents AND text messages from Julie G [redacted] to show this was an error on their end As far as your A+ I can honestly say my experience with YOU and your girlfriend is an FYou never held your part of the sales agreement MrC [redacted] so what is the next step? You never even replaced the door handle on the car and you put that in writing on the sales agreementSo YOU defaulted on the buyers agreement as well Revdex.com what is the next step and what are my other options because I would like to send you all my documentations as well to show MrC [redacted] and Julie G [redacted] are crooksPlease let me know what you need [redacted] ***

Hello Ms. [redacted]:Attached is the Amortization schedule of the agreement (the way the payments should have been made), the Payment history report (the record of the payments we received) and the Motor Sales Contract (the legal agreement).The Buyer Ms. [redacted] contracted( see attached contract) to pay...

Bi-weekly payments (every two weeks) see her initial under the payment frequency on the contract. However. Ms [redacted] thinks her responsibility was for Semi-Monthly payments (twice a month), please refer to her alleged complaint. As a result of her failure to make payments according to the agreement she became delinquent. We have notified her by phone, in writing, and in person of the delinquency. She receive the  all the documents in person and we discussed them at great length. To date Ms. [redacted] has not provide a single document to refute any of the accounting we have provided. We have been in business for nearly two decades and enjoyed a Revdex.com A+ rating the entire time and there are no other complaints in our history.
