This customer requested our men to put all of his boxes in one roomWe did thisHe said to stack them all in one roomThat night he called our office and left a voice message that some of the boxes were too high and he needed help to access them We called this customer the very next day
and offered to send men to come back, free of charge to bring some of his boxes down to ground level so he could get to them, HE REFUSED! He said noso I don't know what else I could do for himIf he didn't want us to go back, what am I to do?????He was not overcharged in any way

I stand by my statement that we were never asked if we wished the ,attress to be shrink wrapped. The driver [redacted] seemed like an honorable man, and I don't believe he told Mr [redacted] this.  I believe lies are being perpetrated to "protect" the company. As I have stated, the mattress weighs between 195 - 210 lbs...not 100 lbs. The footboard weighs far more than 10 lbs. The offer of $66.00 is not only not sufficient, the point is, I was never looking for a monetary settlement...Mr. [redacted] is aware of this from my correspondence. I wanted the company to attempt to repair the damage to the mattress, as they had repairs done to property of mine that was damaged in a previousmove only months earlier, to my satisfaction.  That is why I am surprised he is taking this stance this time.

This shipper was given the option of rescheduling her move due to bad weather, she refused. She did decline the shrink wrap as stated. We are not responsible for weather related damages. She was given the proper weight of the mattress multiplied by sixty cents valuation protection that she signed...

for. She is not entitled to full replacement simply because she did not purchase full replacement coverage.

I would pick other movers than these unprofessional, greedy fools.
