Or further due business resolving the situation at this point, but this complaint is to save future buyers from failing into the same situation that I had fallen into, on April 22, 2018. Especially being a new unexperienced car buyer, who is buying their first vehicle , to watch read and understand dealership business scams & how their able to get away with just a signature and your name on the dotted line and pretty much signing your life away. I have purchased a vehicle at this car dealership on November 6th, From the beginning the staff has not treated us seriously and have been very rude to usWe were told the vehicle is "CLEAN" no accidentsIt turns out the vehicle was in fact damaged in the back bumper where it was buffed and paintedWhoever has repaired that vehicle prior to us purchasing it has covered the sensor that located in the back of the vehicleEverytime the car is backing out it keeps beeping for no apparent reasonsWe have mentioned this to Austin the guy who has been working with us that dayHe assured us the mechanic will take a look at itApparently no one did! So now we have paid for a vehicle that's "clean" but in reality it isn'tThey have lied to us and are not returning our callsWe have never been disrespected this way! Not to mention one of the employee has read my personal information in front of the staff and customers who were there that dayThat's illegal and actions should take

Manchester City Nissan sent us a letter in the mail enticing us to come into their dealership in order to put us into a vehicle of their own with a promise to get us out of our current leaseOnce in the dealership they confirmed the promotion we received and confirmed the amount they were willing to pay as $The $was promises to cover any past due payments, current payments, damage, mileage overage charges, etcOnce we completed the lease and I had given them the letter they sent me they then turned around and acted like they had no idea what I was talking aboutThe finance manager, Jeremiah W*** was terrible at communicating and it wasn't until I had to deal with a third person about the issue that something finally got doneMeanwhile this took an entire month to completeOnce I was in touch with that third employee Karol Z***, who also has * *** *** ** *** ***, acted like this verbal deal that I completed now had no bearing because nothing was in writing

I purchased a certified used car on SaturdayWas told it would be ready to go by 2pmI arrived to pay for my car and pick it up at that timehours later I was finally signing paperwork but was told the car had not been detailed and that a mirror which did not adjust (safety issue) was not repairedWas told I should take the car home and come back Tuesday morning to have all issues addressedI arrived Tuesday and no employee knew what was going onI talked to different team members and there was constant back and forthFinally a couple hours later I was leaving with a loner vehicleFast forward to thursday and the car is still not finishedI have never had an issue with a dealership beforeAt time of purchase vehicle should be all ready to go and it should be a smooth processThis has wasted my time and money, and I still don't have the car I purchased

It has been days since I been calling and visiting to extend my temporary licence plate because they sent my title to the bank in a late fashionThey keep *** me around, this should be a easy process, not a day processI can no longer drive my own car I bought from them because they keep *** me around and not giving me a temporary plate because of their mistake! I called at one point and Joe said he will try his best because it's now a holiday weekend and everyone *** *** and not getting getting back to him on a timely mannerThat's a poor excuse to not get your job done, this is a business, they should act in a business manner all the time!

I visited Manchester City Nissan believing it was still *** looking for buy out financing on my leased *** *** *** with miles on itI explained I was shopping for the best finance rate and had spoken to another dealer and would be speaking to my bank as well as exploring other optionsI also explained that I had had some financial difficulties and less than ideal credit and did not expect Nissan to finance a new leaseI was asked to fill out a credit application so that the finance manager could explore options with various finance companiesI was also asked if I could put something down to improve my chances with the finance vehicleI told him it would be difficult but I would give him a check for $if it would be applied as a deposit if financing was found that was acceptable to me

Price listed on the website ($16,200) was crossed out with a caption "Get Your VIP Price"Be careful with thisWill never get VIP price after entering contact detailsInstead will get a invitation to visit the dealershipI walked in and then I was told that the price for the car is ($16,700) they can reduce $if I finance with them if though I told him I would like to pay cash, from the website price and when they came up with the total price, I was shocked to see the additional feesAlmost $ additional prices which is really really ugly bait which includes cleaning cost and fake services fees for a used vehicleWasting our time to invite to the storeBetter to stay awayFinal prices for the car end up been $21,What a scam

Horrible, last & first car from this place person better of shopping at a different Nissan ,in which I should have done also, car warranty not being able to use , rip off and high unnecessary interest rate, and seems as though shady business for extra commission run if you can,maybe experience vary with individual customers ,mines was horrible, why throw away customers who could potentially be future buyers ,scust placeFair warning ...there's several Nissan dealers I choose this one ,smh never again

We have gone above and beyond with assisting the customer with a loaner vehicle along with correcting each issue or concern the customer has presented to our attention. For the customer to feel...

she has been with out a vehicle can not be possible since we have provided a vehicle at the dealerships expense in order to satisfy all concerns.

Customer lost job and was not able to obtain financing. The dealership had already registered the vehicle in the customer name and paid the taxes owed to the state of [redacted]. Customer is not due any money in return due to all fees assumed for the purchase of said vehicle and transaction....

Customer is responsible for all fees to the state which the dealership paid in good faith. The dealership is not responsible for lose of employment. It is our responsibility to obtain the financing along with meet all requirements by the state of [redacted] which the Dealership has done.

I am rejecting this response because: I'm aware of the fact that this place has been sold. But when I go on [redacted] that business name is still there. It's Manchester City Nissan and formally known as the dealership I mentioned in the complaint. It's the same exact adress but I guess they haven't changed the name of it officially. That's the manager info I did try reaching out to her several times but no response.  [redacted] or [redacted] to discuss what we can do to improve you experience here at Manchester City Nissan.
